You have the following options:

1. Voucher with bonus
Instead of a refund, we can offer you a voucher equal to your purchase price plus 15% .
For example, this means:

• Purchase amount: €100
  
• +15% Bonus: €15
  
• Total value of the voucher: €115
  

The voucher is valid indefinitely and can be redeemed for all products in our shop.

2. Refund to your original payment method
If you prefer a full refund, we will take care of organizing the return shipment.
We will send you a QR code by email later today , which you can use to return the package to us.

Please note:
Return shipping costs of €4.50-10.19 (depending on the product and weight) will be deducted from the purchase price.
Example: Purchase price €100 – return shipping costs €4.50 = refund €95.50 .

3. Free exchange
If you simply want a different size or model, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you the new item free of charge .

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service to third countries (CH, UK, etc.), meaning the shipment must be returned independently.
